1. Can we apply for any certificate online or we can only apply in MeeSeva ?

There are only some selected services in the MeeSeva Citizen Portal, you can only apply for those services that are present. To apply for the service that is not present in the MeeSeva Online portal, then you have to go for the MeeSeva Center only.

2. What is the link and where we can find the link of Citizen portal?

3. Where can we find the Department wise Services list?

In https://ap.meeseva.gov.in website under “ Citizen Charter”.

4. How to know what are the documents to be uploaded for a specific service?

In https://ap.meeseva.gov.in website under “Documents Needed for each service” or we can find in the application itself.

5. Where can we find the service charges and the period of time (SLA) to get the certificate?

In https://ap.meeseva.gov.in website under “ Citizen Charter”.

6. Where can we check the status of the application?

In https://ap.meeseva.gov.in website under “ Know your application status”.

7. Can we apply for any certificate online or we can only apply in MeeSeva ?

There are only some selected services in the MeeSeva Citizen Portal, you can only apply for those services that are present. To apply for the service that is not present in the MeeSeva Online portal, then you have to go for the MeeSeva Center only.

8. How to use the MeeSeva citizen portal?

You have to go tohttps://onlineap.meeseva.gov.in website, create login credentials and after login using you credentials, you can go for any applications present in MeeSeva Citizen Portal.

9. Where we can find the Application Forms in MeeSeva to upload while applying for an application?

You can find the application forms in ap.meeseva.gov.in website under “ MeeSeva Service Forms” and you can get in MeeSeva centers also.

10. Can the online citizen portal users get the certificate printed on MeeSeva Stationary?

In MeeSeva portal there is an option called " Your Application status (Trans ID/Application No)" link to know the printed status of request. In the search result, it will show you the printed status along with request status.

11. Is there any facility of delivering physical certificate to the provided address?

Yes, If you select the delivery type as Local post instead of Manual while you are filling the application and if the application got approved only.

12. Can we make Aadhar Corrections/Changes in MeeSeva ?

No, there is no such a provision in MeeSeva.

13. Can we apply for New Ration card in MeeSeva?

There is no such a provision applying for new Ration card now.

14. Whom and How to contact when the application got rejected by the department officials?

There is no need to contact any department officials as they will mention the remarks of rejection. In a least case if there are no remarks, then you have to contact the concerned department.

For example, If the certificate is birth then you have to contact Municipal Commissioner of the concerned Region and if it is Integrated certificate then you have to contact M.R.O.. The department officials you have meet is based on the certificates that you have applied in MeeSeva. The services are mentioned under the concerned department while you are selecting the service in the MeeSeva.
